액세스 신청 시 받는 정보. 이름, 이메일, 텔레그램 아이디, 그리고 (선택) 어떤 일에 쓰고 싶은지에 대한 짧은 메모. 이 네 가지가 전부입니다.

기술적 정보. 신청 시점의 IP 주소를 해시 처리한 16자리 문자열 (원본 IP는 저장하지 않습니다), 브라우저 user-agent 문자열, 신청 시각.

쿠키 · 로컬 스토리지. 폼 제출 이후, 핸드북과 스택 페이지를 다시 여실 때 같은 폼을 또 채우지 않으시도록 브라우저에 작은 표식 하나를 남깁니다. 이 표식은 30일이 지나면 자동으로 사라져요.

When you submit the access form: your name, email, Telegram handle, and (optional) a short note on what you want to use this for. That is the whole list.

Technical metadata: a 16-character hash of your IP address (the raw IP is never stored), your browser's user-agent string, and the timestamp of the request.

Cookies and local storage: after you submit, a small marker is set in your browser so you do not have to fill the form again the next time you open the handbook. The marker expires automatically after 30 days.

액세스 명단은 운영자가 직접 관리하는 데이터베이스에 보관됩니다 (지역: ap-northeast-2). 외부 마케팅 도구로 옮기지 않습니다. 신청자가 삭제를 요청하시면 바로 삭제합니다. 운영을 중단하면 전체 데이터셋이 폐기됩니다.

The access list lives in a database the operator runs himself (region: ap-northeast-2). It is not piped to outside marketing tools. If you ask, it is deleted. If the project ends, the whole dataset is destroyed.

판매하지 않습니다. 광고 네트워크에 공유하지 않습니다. 외부 트래커를 사이트에 붙이지 않습니다. 폼 처리에 필요한 최소한의 인프라(정적 호스팅, 데이터베이스, 메일 발송, 그리고 운영자에게 신청 사실을 한 건씩 알리는 메시징 서비스)만 씁니다. 이 알림 과정에서 신청 내용이 텔레그램으로 전송되며, 텔레그램은 한국 외 서버에서 이를 처리할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 분석·마케팅·트래킹 서비스는 연결하지 않습니다.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with ad networks. We do not embed third-party trackers on this site. Only the minimum infrastructure needed to handle the form (static hosting, database, mail delivery, and a messaging service that notifies the operator of your submission one by one) is connected. That notification transmits your submission to Telegram, which may process it on servers outside Korea. No analytics, marketing, or tracking services beyond that.

아래 이메일로 "delete" 또는 "삭제" 한 단어와 함께 답장해 주세요. 24시간 안에 모든 레코드(이름, 이메일, 텔레그램, 인텐트, ip_hash, user-agent)가 사라집니다. 확인 메일도 함께 보내드려요.

본 사이트는 한국 개인정보보호법(PIPA)의 데이터 최소화 원칙을 기본 기준으로 둡니다. EU 거주자가 신청하시는 경우 GDPR 베이스라인도 동일하게 적용합니다 (접근·정정·삭제·이의 권리).

Reply to any email from us with the word "delete" (or "삭제"). Within 24 hours, every record we hold (name, email, Telegram, intent, ip_hash, user-agent) is gone. A confirmation note is sent back.

This site uses the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) data-minimization principle as the baseline standard. If you are an EU resident, the GDPR baseline applies equally (access, correction, deletion, objection).
